24 real estate text templates for showings, offers and follow-up
Copy-and-paste text templates for real estate agents: showings, lockbox details, offer updates and follow-up - written to be reused with blanks per client.
Every template below is written the way a reusable message should be: fixed structure, blanks for the parts that change. Copy them into whatever you use, or install the whole folder into Fast Reply and it will ask you for the blanks as you send.
Legal and disclosure language varies by state and brokerage. Run anything about price, agency or terms past your broker before you send it forty times.

Making them fast to send
The templates are the easy half. The part that saves real time is not having to find them:
- Put them in a keyboard, so they’re one tap away inside Messages, Mail, WhatsApp or your CRM — not in a Note you have to go dig up.
- Keep the blanks as blanks. Fast Reply asks what goes in each one on the way out, so a message can never go out with
[address]still in it. - File them by stage — Showings, Offers, Follow-up — in folders that nest, because a real library outgrows one list fast.
- If more than one agent answers, share the library. Up to five people, same approved wording, one person keeping it current.
Common questions
Should real estate texts be templated?
The structure should be. Leave the specifics — name, address, time, price — as blanks you fill in per client, so the message is fast to send but never generic. A template that goes out with the wrong address does more damage than typing it by hand.
How do I send these without retyping them every time?
Save them to a keyboard. With Fast Reply the templates appear as tappable keys in Messages, Mail, WhatsApp or your CRM, and it asks you for the blanks as you insert.
Can my whole team use the same templates?
Yes. A shared library holds up to five people, so every agent answers with the same approved wording and one person keeps it current.
